    Lynette Cunneen is a registered psychologist with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and communities through life’s challenges across the education, community and not-for-profit sectors. She is proficient in providing support in person and via telehealth.
    Known for her warm, respectful, and collaborative approach, Lynette creates a safe and welcoming space where clients feel empowered to explore their concerns and build meaningful change.

    Lynette works with adults navigating a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, workplace stress, and life transitions. Her counselling style is strengths-based and goal-focused, helping clients tap into their own resilience and develop practical strategies for wellbeing. She is also a board-approved supervisor, passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and fostering leadership wellbeing.

    Drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing (MI) Lynette tailors her approach to meet the needs of each individual’s circumstance.
