    George Wang
    Registered Psychologist
George is an experienced psychologist who likes to create a safe space for his clients to learn and become the best version of themselves.
He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and is a board approved supervisor.
George has worked with an extensive range of presentations, including anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, autism, depression, personality disorders, behavioural challenges, grief and loss just to name a few.

On top of that he loves writing NDIS psychology reports for participants to gain the funding and support they really need.

George will take the time to get to know his clients and help them build familiarity with the range of evidence based therapies and treatment methods that will work in his clients best interest.
He will guide his clients through the process of understanding and awareness of the therapy content to help them build their knowledge around the most effective intervention so that they can use the skills they learn for their lifetime ahead of them.
Throughout the process George will also check in on his clients to see how they progress. He understands that the process can be daunting at first and is a unique experience for everyone so he will work at the right pace with each individual client.

Sessions with George will be down to earth and based on contemporary models of therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. George believes that therapy can be a safe and enjoyable space for his clients to grow and become empowered to change for the better. George aims for his clients to leave the session with less burden on their shoulders and with a better understanding of their next move.
