Wellbeing Check Programs for Managers, Directors and employees

We conduct Wellbeing Checks for your staff. This can be conducted onsite or offsite. Employees/ Employers have a brief one to one consultation with a psychologist and fill out questionnaires which measure anxiety, depression, stress and Burnout.

The staff member is then given a written program on recommendations and areas to work on.
