    There are times in our lives that things don’t feel quite right, during this time we may feel alone in our struggle. sometimes reaching out for extra little support makes all the difference. I am passionate about being able to provide a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space where you can feel supported and understood and experience healing and change. I try to provide my client a warm and engaging space to be able to process their difficulties and learn effective tools for improving where things are at for them. I speak Persian/Farsi.

    I am a AHPRA registered psychologist, with a Master in Clinical Psychology and Ph.D in Clinical-Health psychology. I have 8 years of experience working with wide range of clients who are experiencing emotional, social, behavioral and mental health difficulties.

    I am interested and experienced in working with NDIS clients and can assist them with their mental health and behavioral difficulties, NDIS reports and assessments.

    I am Workcover (SIRA) approved and can help you in managing and coping with mental health problems, planning and pain management related work injury or incident.

    I work collaboratively with my clients and use evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Meta-Cognitive Therapy (MCT) and IPT (interpersonal therapy). I also use an integrative approach when suitable to help people achieve their goals. In addition, as a clinical-health psychologist I am trained and experienced helping people to cope with physical and emotional consequences of cancer and other medical chronic conditions such as (diabetes, Obesity, pain, etc) and enhance their quality of life.
